“I’ve been training with Hana for around 9 months and I can not recommend her enough. I got in touch as I needed to lose some weight but my main motivation to start my fitness journey was to improve my mental health. I have always struggled with anxiety, so gyms have never really been a comfortable place for me and I’ve paid for many memberships but always failed to actually make it through the doors. Hana has changed all of that, she understands and supports me in every aspect of my training, she will always push me to do my best but also understands that my best looks different on different days which is something I really appreciate and motivates me to keep going. She is very knowledgeable, relatable, motivating and supportive. My fitness journey would not have been anywhere near as successful with her help and guidance, I now look forward to the gym session every week and catching up with Hana as well.” 😊
